Building a Brand in Motion

A deep dive into one of the most fast-moving corners of the internet — crypto gambling. As Senior Visual Designer at Cloudbet, the mission was clear: make the brand show up everywhere, consistently, and with impact. From Instagram to Telegram, from email headers to die-cut stickers on MacBooks — every pixel had a purpose.
A Brand Mid-Transformation

Cloudbet wasn't standing still. The platform was undergoing a full-scale rebuild — new backend infrastructure, refreshed aesthetics, and a tightened brand identity launched just before I joined. The timing was demanding: board a moving train, master the system fast, and deliver without missing a beat.

The audience? Crypto-native, sports-obsessed, and discerning. Cloudbet's users ranged from high-stakes VIP players to MMA fans engaged through partnerships with Karate Combat and the PFL. Reaching them required visuals that felt native to their world — bold, dynamic, and culturally fluent.
Freedom Within a System

Coming in, I expected room to experiment. What I found instead was something more valuable: a mature, well-documented design system. Comprehensive UI component libraries. Illustration and graphic asset libraries. Brand guidelines with no grey areas.
BECOMING THE BRIDGE
BETWEEN BRAND AND OUTPUT
The approach was systematic. Master the design system first — then move fast. By internalizing Cloudbet's visual language at a deep level, I was able to turn around assets across a wide spectrum: illustrations, social media content, promotional banners, game announcements, ad animations, email headers, -and even Telegram wallpapers-.
CLOUDBET ACADEMY
ILLUSTRATIONS
The Cloudbet Academy illustration series — created to accompany educational articles on gambling and crypto — is the work I'm most proud of. Approachable but never shallow. Visually rich, consistent across the series, and unmistakably Cloudbet.
BLOG REDESIGN
— SIGNAL OVER NOISE

The Cloudbet blog was restructured around four clear content pillars: Casino, Sports, eSports, and Crypto. A fragmented category system was replaced with a focused editorial architecture — clean, purposeful, navigable.

To give each pillar its own voice and face, we developed AI-generated author avatars — one per vertical — alongside real specialist creators like Korean John, a dedicated MMA voice. The result was a blog with genuine personality and point of view.
Scaling Creative
Output Across
Beyond individual assets, I built Canva templates calibrated to the brand system — empowering non-designers to produce on-brand content independently, without bottlenecking the design team.
